I just want to thank everyone for yesterday, I was so down and mad at myself but talking on-line with everyone really helped! I went home and read the book, took a hot bath and drank very little (comparatively speaking). I am going AF tonight, I have a plan and a busy evening so I'm hoping temptation will stay at bay.
Anyway, very busy at work today and spent lots of time with you guys yesterday on the clock so I'm going to be a little quieter today!
