Hi Everyone! We are back from San Antonio and had a great time. I shared with a few of you that when I returned I would start the 30 day AF goal and see where I was after that. My long term goal is mod, but not sure I can do that. So, Day #1 is underway. I feel good, have all the tools I need, and the support here on this site. I will check in this evening after work. Good for you -- 30 days is a big step and I will be cheering you on. I am on day 7. It feels so very nice. I have proved to myself that for me, moderation is IMPOSSIBLE. After 1 drink, all I want is another, and another. If I do get 30 days, and I just might this time, I think I will definitely go for 60, etc. Best of everything for you!MattComment
