ah come on its not that bad. Only a little slip you can get back up there you know you can. Start again tomorrow and try to get to bed soon. Drink lots of water before you go to bed. You are not alone we are all here to help. practicaly everyone has had a slip so its not the end of the world. You are trying and thats the main thing. It is hard and takes a long time to get rid of it but you can do it.
