yep ive drank, and yes im pissed. I have an opportunity in the morning for a competition, i think thats what has made me drink, who knows. Needless to say i wont be able to do the competition. So ive failed again, it was so important to me, i know i could have won it. Had id been sobre.

Poor you. I feel your pain and have done that many times (not for a competition as I am not good at anything other than drinking!) - peaking early I call it. I think the excitement or anticipation gets to us and then you need the AL. What kind of a competition was it and are you so good that you would have won thats way cool? Please dont beat yourself up about it and try and focus on the next time. You need a plan that you can stick to for the night before which doesnt involve AL or access to it. Can you tell anyone so they could help with the night before plan? Talk soon.
