Nope, you did NOT fail. You slipped. There is a huge difference.

The only way you will fail is if you stop trying. Then you have failed.

Many of us have slipped, some more than others. I am a great example of spectacular slips in the last year.

Today I am at 35 days and going incredibly strong. Resolved to stay this way.

But, If I slip, I will simply jump back on the horse and keep on trying to quit.

I am not letting AL win. I will outlast him.

Just like to say welcome first, from me...and like to bump this thread up....i hope you are still around, like cindi said you have not failed....we all slip and we learn from it and get back-up and start again...i have been here 6months now and im not going to give up because i really want this to work for me but i know i have to work hard if im going to get good results at the end...i see you did 6days af...you can do this again just take baby steps at first or 1hour at a time....KEEP READING AND POSTING IT DOES HELP!
