Kudzu question

IMHO I'd buy the Kudzu that they sell on the MWO site. According to the book, and the documentation that came with it, they have formulated it to exactly match the study that was conducted, and that some of the Kudzu you get from other places don't have some of the goodies that it does.

Kudzu question

I'm having very good success with Kudzu from Puritanpride. I'm taking 1000 mg twice a day and when cravings hit, which is less every day.

I believe the issue in the book with all sups is freshness.
