    Hi everyone. I finally woke up with yet another hangover and a mad husband for my drunk behaviour. I am excited to start this program and have started to print out the book. Are there any side effects to taking Topa?

    For some, there are, but the biggest side effect is the effect it has on your drinking.

    If the effects are too much for you to deal with or you are just too frighten, try campral. Many have used it with much success.

    This program will save your life and well-being. Please jump in head first with no hesitations. You will be thrilled with its results.

    All I can say is that I was getting drunk 3-5 nights a week for the last 10 years and after 7 months doing the program half-heartedly, I finally worked it vigorously.

    In the last 59 days I have drank twice. Once as an experiement to see if my habits had changed and 1 other time I have two glasses out of stress.

      Hi Tip,

      The side effects are very well described in the book, so you will be able to read about them in detail. For me, at 100mg right now, I have a bit of tingling in my hands and feet and that is really about it. Many complain about being tired. I on the other hand am enjoying boat loads of new energy for some reason. Also some report having "brain fog". Again, for whatever reason I find that I have never been more focused! It really seems to be a bit different for everyone.

      I can say that most agree that any side effects are far out weighed by the benefits they receive form using the topa. This program in no uncertain terms is saving my life!! So I say go for it full force!! Any questions that pop up, we are here for you to answer!

        I too have tons of energy with the Topa. I used to go to bed at 9 or 10pm but now stay up till 12 or 1 am. I am still drinking but not nearly as much. I used to be a big beer drinker but now can't seem to finish one. I'm currently drinking Fresca with a splash of Vodka.

        Currently on 100 mg but have a doctor appointmet on Monday and hope to go up to 150 mg. The only side effect that bothers me is a lack of sex drive and a weird taste in my mouth (could be the supps??). I get the tingling in my heels sometimes but it only lasts a couple minutes.

          Thanks all for your insight. I have downloaded the book and already feel that I can get this addiction/bad habit under control.

            Hey Kat,

            Are you drinking your fresca out of a can? If so, that could explain the funny taste in your mouth. Topa doesn't do well with stuff out of cans--otherwise it must be the supplements.

              thanks for the info on the topa side effects. from what i understand none are life threatening or that serious right?
              i am hoping to get a prescrip for it soon but if he says no i am
              going to order online.
              has anyone stopped taking topa after 6 weeks and retained the same good results as when they were on it?
