Matt even drunk you are so caring and polite "you have a great heart" but you will be so much better sober. I find in youre posts such a gentle person the al is covering that up. Sober you will become something amazing stick at it buddy hang tuff.

I know it's not the same and not for everyone - but if you are travelling around you can always access AA groups. They have meetings all over the place, would suggest you try a few locally - but use it for yourself. I used to beat myself up over AA, took myself away and came back when the time was right. Now I am getting a whole lot from them - including sober company!

Just an idea.

My tops is 9 days AF, too. Nice to meet you, my twin. I have been drinking past mod
for 4 days, too. Last night was it for me. Haven't been on MWO for 14 days. Big mistake. I have no excuse for that.

Let's have a beautiful sober AF day today.

Here it is sunny and 52 out, just beautiful. The birds are chirping like crazy. Nice to hear and notice them.
