Bill -- Sounds like you are really doing good. It is worth the effort. Its hard - really hard, but worth it. When I feel rage aor have a short fuse, I love to go hit golf balls of tennis balls. I really beat the cr*& out of them. I was hitting tennis balls against garage door and I really thought one or two migh take the door down. Hang in there and keep in touch.
