ODAT - Friday
Evening - just checking it to see is doing ODAT today!
I do like seeing what people are up to and I think the idea of a work party at mine sounds great Beck! It can be pretty hard work sometimes chugging through it on me own! Only managed to move the chickens today but got cakes made for the holiday cottages welcome trays. Then did some work for the horse show that I am sponsorship secretary for. Did some work in the garden too (it is in SERIOUS need of work - my veg patch is just weeds!).
I do also have a sort of Pay As You Go secretarial/PA business - just me - and I keep the clients down to the absolute minimum cos I haven't got time for them :H:H Now got to do all the ironing for tomorrow's holiday cottage changeover and make sure there are enough clean towels, soap, toilet rolls blah bah. Tomorrow is the changeover day - pretty much flat out from 10 - 4/5 then Sunday I am running a dressage competition. Roped in some friends to help and will have to make a load of food for that tomorrow night as we are away from the main show (and food stands) and I need to keep their energy and spirits up. Monday will be just another day though it is a bank holiday here. Lots of work. The worst one is the VAT reclaim for the work on the holiday let. It is a nightmare of a paperwork job and has to be submitted in GREAT detail in about 8 weeks time. They even want to know how many litres of paint and how many bricks we used FFS!! I get up at 5.30am and, after I've been on here, I spend an hour or so on it before getting on with the animals. It's truly pants. I hate it. Enough to turn you to drink (that's why I do it in the morning!!! Then I only fancy tea!)

I'm booking my tickets to Finally RN's to get her sorted. Sounds like a holiday. And who is this marvellous Steve who can be put in a room when needed?!!
Cowgal - glad you sound more positive. I really hope things pick up with him indoors.
Croft - I think you did brilliantly with the April project. I can understand why you're relieved to be back to ODAT though! A month is a tall order.

. 15/21 days have been AF and all but 2 were successful mod days. Really, I need to commit to this so here goes...but I think I will take it ODAT.
