Day 13

Had a big weekend of Golf and Texas hold'em, I managed to stay AF. It seems I'm starting to 'like 'being sober. Definitely a sign of the End Times. Blessings and good Karma to all who try and fail, and to those who pick themselves up and try again.

ODAT - Monday

Ooooh lovely! This place is so full of good vibes and good people. Just checking in at tea time. Feed the dogs then off to ride. Going to meet other friends with their horses at the local pub. Really can't see myself drinking - too nice an evening to waste. I'll be having my pint of grapefruit juice and water. I've had a 'bitty' day - achieved some things but I am always looking at the next thing to do and feeling frustrated cos I haven't done all the things on my list. This is exactly the time I would be seeking a drink as solace. I just don't really have that feeling now. Instead, this is exactly the time I should be going to spend some time with my darling horse - he takes my mind off a lot of stuff as he needs me to focus on him.

Love the equation No Plan = No Hope. I'm going to keep that as my mantra.

Uni!!! How does this happen??!. You have pretty much put into words what I have been thinking of late! I do like being AF but I want to be able to enjoy modding but just have to work out how I can make it work best for me!!!
