    Hi Clyde. I agree with what everyone had been saying - First you have to decide not to drink anymore, and THEN you add in the supplements, CD's, etc. Just taking the supplements, etc., will not do it for you - you have to work at it too. And - the weight loss will happen. Unless you are eplacing the calories from drinking with calories from something else, such as unmindfull eating, it will happen. It just takes a bit of time. Hang in there, and good luck.
    The furture lies before you like newly fallen snow - be careful how you tread it, for every step will show.
