Good Morning All! It is now day 11 AF and I gotta say it feels incredible to get up without a hangover. I am really starting to feel good and get so much accomplished around my house, yard and personal life... family life on the mend etc already. This site, your post and the program have everything to do with it! :thanks:
This past week I have managed to paint 3 rooms in my house and clean debris from my yard that was left over from hurrican Ivan and that was 4 years ago. Living in an alcoholic stupor kept me bound to the bed for days on end trying to recover. But now with all the supps and meds I have energy like I haven't had since I was 20. It is truly wonderful. What's more is I haven't even wanted a drink and that is incredible. I haven't done an 11 day AF stretch in 20 years! Progress is putting it mildly.
The only complaint I have at this point (which is minor and I will surely get over it) is that I miss my beloved Pepsi cola's (isn't that shallow) I haven't been able to drink one since starting the Topamax. I have this horrible taste in my mouth these days that won't allow me to enjoy any carbonated soda what so ever, but that is minor. I drink buckets of water daily. Also, I have been losing weight and that might be a problem as I was already thin, but I'm not going to worry about that either, will just take up eating more I guess. Other than that I feel better than I have in a very long time. ]
I gotta say that coming here and reading your post is one of the best parts of my day! I don't know every one here yet, but I hope to soon enough! You people really rock and I support you all 100%. I hope you all have a rockin day!
