    7 weeks to sobriety

I don't disagree with the hypoglycemia angle either - after trying and failing several times at going AL free - I was diagnosed with severe hypoglycemia. My 1st witching hour starts waiting for dinner to cook...the second two and a half hours after dinner in the late evening - all around when there is a need to level out my blood sugar again. AL does it the fastest. I suspect that's part of why L-Glut works so effectively for me when I am good about it - it helps the sugar level out as well.
That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

It does explain why alcoholics who give up drinking start eating so much sugar. I remember my FIL from my first marriage would periodically give up AL, then he would eat ice cream like crazy.
