    I ordered the book and Kudzu Rescue on May 11th. Live in Toronto. Want to get started on the program. Tried moderating on my own until the package arrived - not working...

    If you ordered the hard copy of the book, you might try contacting My Way Out's customer service through the "Health Store." Maybe they would be willing to give you access to the downloadable version at no extra cost since it sounds like you purchased the physical book? That way you could at least get started with your reading on-line.
