Just about to start day one and then...
We will make any excuse to have a drink. Any little life event can trigger it as well. Bad hair day, chip nail, ugly bird in my yard.......what has to be realized is it is an excuse to make you feel better about what you are doing. Because, we all know what we are doing to ourselves and those that love us. The realization has to come where you are tired of lying to yourself and to others and you have to want to change more than you want the drink. It is not easy. Probably the hardest thing you will do in life. But, it can be done. NEVER give up the fight!!!!
