    30 days! What now?

KAT, great job on 30 days AF. I like the fact that you plan on continuing your AF stint at least for a while and also that you are focused on 'what next' instead of thinking 30 days is over now I can go back to drinking.

Kate said it nicely. No need to feel sappy...unless you are a tree. :H

What bike are you looking at? I'm 56 and still have a 'thing' for bicycles.

        30 days! What now?

:kudos: Kat20 on 30 Days AF!! That is such a huge accomplishment. A bike sounds like an awesome reward for your hard work!! Just continuing healthy trends!

I let the "maybe I CAN mod" Beast get to me after 60 days AF late last summer. BOY that was "one" expensive drink that first one. If I had it to do again, (and shortly I WILL have that choice again at 30, then 60) I would never, ever pour one - not even just to "see" if I can mod. I already knew in my heart I couldn't. (See Booze Beast Lies in the Monthy Abs Section, LOL!)

Anyway, enjoy your AF lifestyle!!!! :kudos: again.

ETA: I love KateH1's list of questions for moderation consideration.....

          30 days! What now?

Thankful, I must have posted about the same time and missed yours. Thank you, I will read that thread. Cuckoosnest, Thanks as well, thats what I thought, thats like going on and off a diet. It has to be a life style change. Floridaboy, Ok weepy, not sappy, suppose its a chick thing. A good cry can be very theraputic. I just came back from lunch and ordered my bike. I have not had a bike since no gears and pedels backwards to stop. We have a really great local guy here. I was looking for something kinda retro like Pee Wee's bike. They have those but they are crazy expensive. I choose a Bike by the Sun company, 7 speed called cruz. We also looked at one by Sun called Driffter as I like the idea of being able to touch the ground when I stop (the seat is positioned back further) So I got a yellow bike with Stainless steel fenders and a basket. Hope its not Sponge Bob yellow. The bike guy just laughed.
