okay im going to go af for a while. 30 days is very daunting so I am going to try for a week. so until next monday. i'm leaving town again today. i really f'ed up on the trip last week. i figure if I just don't start I won't not be able to stop. so here goes. I am really going to want a beer at the airport. tell myself - stick with starbucks!!! i think I might try getting some non alc beer later this week for any cravings and see if that works. anyway - here I go jumping off with both feet!!!!
