    First day

    today will be my first day of not drinking a hope that all goes well and i will be back on here in 30 days saying how much better i feel. any tips would be great

        Welcome China, as is said above, take lots of time to find your way around the site. First days are tough so post away any questions or worries, someone is always here. You are not alone.

            Have you read the MWO book? It has some wonderful advice in there.

              Hi China and :colorwelcome: to My Way Out!! I second the suggestion about downloading the My Way Out book from the Health Store section of the site, and giving that a read. I think it's really helpful to understand the complete base line program as RJ recommends it. Then you can tweak it to suit yourself, and gain maximum advantage in the battle with alcohol.

              I hope Day 1 went well and that you are celebrating Day 2 now! WE CAN DO THIS!!
