Today I apologized to the people I offended over the weekend when I was drinking and they were very forgiving. That made me feel better...

I just finished exercising and had a great dinner. I feel good now - but not a second goes by that I don't worry about what i am going to do when I am in a social drinking situation next. I suppose we have to take this one minute at a time, huh?

It sure does feel good to come here and read everyone's posts!
