Hey, people, every day is a new day. Every day is a chance to get it right. Remember, if you don't have the first drink, then you never have the second. When you feel a trigger being pulled, stop for just a second and and rethink your posible actions. Then change course, do something different, even if it means getting up and walking outside for a breath of fresh air. Fix a Non Alcohol drink (I use cranberry and soda, Mrs. BHOG prefers cranberry and tonic). The important thing is to change your response. You all probably know the old line--"No one can force me to drink, I'm a volunteer?" Change it!
