Happy Holiday for everyone in the U.S. and Happy Day to everyone else around the world. Another AF day for me and a sober weekend to follow. Heading toward 60 days and then on toward a bunch more after that. Hope by the end of the weekend that I will have also lost a total of 40 pounds since the beginning of the year. I was a huge 251 pounds! Yikes I was obese. I really was having a lot of problems with my health. Once I cut out the booze it really helped with the weight loss. And when I added the Top it really kicked things into action.
