At least Charles redeemed himself for his affair with Miss Beadle by getting her that used china. After he did Mrs. Thurmond, of course. . .

Speaking of affairs, I sure hope Caroline did that that hot construction guy/traveler who built the kitchen (during another of Charles' absences/visiting his mistress in another town trips). Mary was right to be suspicious. . . too bad she could see back then and couldn't give ma a break.

In today's episode Mr. Edwards got trashed and drunk drove the wagon and Albert flew off. Who knew he invented drunk driving?! So then Charles is all pissed off (this is the injury I believe that started Albert's drug habit). He's giving Edwards all these reproachful looks, yelling at him about being drunk. For God's sake Charles, his son died and his wife kicked him out. Give the guy a break. Or at least a computer so he can log onto MWO for Christ's sake!

Do you remember Mr Edwards nailing Carrie's dress to the roof while he fixed the hole he shot in it while baby sitting them ? Now if we could nail all our kids down. heh. I always was torn between Pa being my dad and he was pretty shagadelic. So was Ward Ceaver.

Oh, don't even get me started on Albert. . . I can hardly look at him. No wonder he developed a drug habit, the girls wouldn't give him the time of day because of his goofy lip. He needed to dull the pain...he just blamed it on the leg.

Shagadelic - hehe. And yes, it would be great if we could nail the kids to the roof. Or throw them down a well (to be safely recovered by day's end, of course).
