I used the 4 pack cd's and I thought they worked great....it takes a little while to get use to the guys voice, but I really think they work.

Follow the program as it's outlined in the book. Whether your goal is AF or mods, you must do at least an initial 30 days AF......I think it should be 90 before you attempt to mod.

And it's been my experience that very few of us can mod.....we all hope we can, but few can.

Dee, I couldn't agree more. I lucked out when I found this site in Mar 2008 and it was the last day for a free download. I did it and read the book that night. I cried when I realized I'd finally found something that made so much sense to me. I do the CDs, the supps, the topa. I really need to focus on more exercise, that's my only weakness. But I agree, the book and following the steps is a must. Nice thread.
