    Second Night -- Impatience?

    I'm just finishing my second evening. I've exercised, taken the topa, the supplements, and used the CD's as scheduled. I've had a great couple of days. This morning was particularly terrific. But, as the evening has progressed, I've found I've became more and more impatient and short tempered (not usual problems for me). I assume -- duh -- that I'm pretty desperate for a drink. I didn't have one. And, thanks to all of you on the board, I tried my after dinner kudzu. It worked pretty well. Now, I'm going to try a CD and sleep, but I'd appreciate any other suggestions. I didn't throw the dinner dishes, but I sure thought about it. (Though I do think salad is a really nice alternative to three double vodka martinis and a can of almonds.)
    My first moment realizing this definitely will not be a walk in the park.
    I think folks here have talked about L-Glutamine as a choice when you want a drink. Does that have another name, or did I miss it on the list of supplements?
