Welcome! I was in the same situation as you. I have three kids and woudl totally stop when pregnant and nursing. Then gradually I started on the wine and, well you summed it all up. This place is great. I am only 4 days AF (I do a few days, mess up, get back on track) and am really trying to stop altogether. I am NOT a moderator. It's the whole bottle of wine or nothing it seems. Maybe someday that will change, but right now I just know I am not strong enough. I have two older kids (teenager, tween) and a 16 month old. I need to stop this craziness not only for them and my wonderful husband, but for ME. You can do this. The people here have been such killer support, you have come to the right place! Take care!
