    A word of caution

Have given it loads of thought before posting this but have decided too.

I had a very bad potntially expensive experience after contacting one of the web sites advertised on here Hypnotherapy London NLP Hypnosis Hypnotherapist Vancouver Birmingham Dublin Manchester Bristol Leeds

Travelled quite a way to meet a guy who proimised miracles ( I was desperate for an answer to my drinking) met the guy who was extremely unkeep and the therapy room was one of those rented by the hour the whole 2 hour session was moreabout the guys experiences and explaining the kosmos etc and anything else I was promised hypnotherapy which never happened and was then charged ?240. I came out feeling really conned and after speaking to a friend I cancelled the cheque . I may just have had a bad experience but would advise anybody going for this sort of thing to be careful and not be a fool like me and hand over large amounts of money to people offering miracle cures

Daisy, I am so sorry to hear about your experience with this Charloton. I am happy to hear that you canceled the check! It sounds like the entire experience was quite miserable and unfullfilling! And, you are so right, we always need to do our research and use caution no matter what business or professional we are dealing with, internet or not. But, especially on the net! Nice of you to give everyone a heads up on this guy!

Stick with us, you will learn a lot about this horrid thing called alcohol! Have you read the book yet? It has a wealth of information. Much of it is the result of actual clinical studies. It has worked for many of us!

    Best Wishes,
    Kate

      Dear D-Doo,

Boy, that must have been scary! The lesson I drew from your experience is that there are no miracles out there, so if something sounds too good to be true . . .

Kate gives great advice (I really like following her on the threads!!). RJ's program does not promise to be a cure-all. In fact, it was designed for her; and was not meant to be a program for others. I'm glad she changed her mind! Hers is a great program in my mind, but I also know that I will always have to be vigilant because I'm just wired differently than a non-problem drinker. I've failed before, but am trying to use those failures to move forward this time.

Glad you got out of there unhurt - physically and financially. Thank you for the warning - you've really helped others.
