day 7 AF update
Way to go dsr!!!
Patience is a virtue, and you've demonstrated it in spades. I trust the seasoned sober crew here that the more we persevere, the better it gets. Oh, yeah, there are times we're tested, but if we keep our eye on the prize . . .
Enjoy a wonderful, sober weekend. Reward yourself with something healthy and don't ever forget that you're totally worth it.

Way to Go dsr
Wow, I am truly amazed!!! I know how hard it has been for you. You are already a power of example to so many. I go to AA too. I find it helpful, but I haven't really "worked" the program again yet. I did most of the steps before, had a sponsor, etc..., but at this point, I am not sure if I really want to plunge into that stuff again. If you have never done it before, it is well worth it in my opinion. It gave me a whole new outlook on life, gave me serenity, and helped me to see the flaws in my character that I could work on, which truly led to my being a better human being. I'm sure that I will eventually get back into it, baby steps for now. Right now, MWO and attendance at meetings is helping. :goodjob:"Decide-Which Voice in Your Head you Can Keep Alive" (Shinedown)
