I cant wait to log back in and say I have been AF for 30 days. I know the 1st week will be like walking through hell but the alternative is more scary. Being away from my wife and kids for a month isnt a pleasant thought though. I dont want to die. I want to live! I will be dead in a month if I cant get through this though.

My Mother, Father, Grandfather and all of my cousins and uncles are like this. Its crazy.

Ok, its a done deal. I will be in rehab by 3pm tomorrow. They will NOT allow me to have my computer so after tomorrow it will be 30 days before you hear back from me.

I know that you can do this!! I have been in Rehab 3 times. You will be given alot of tools to help you remain sober. The real challenge begins when you leave Rehab, so u will need all of these tools. Most Rehabs promote AA. I know that it is not for everyone, but I do go to meetings in addition to using MWO. I have learned a great deal in AA and from the fine folks here. The big question is: Are you willing to go to any lengths to remain sober?" If so, take and use all of the tools that you can get. I will be praying for you, and look forward to hearing from you upon your return.

I slept all day on the ativan. Up now and drinking a few to get to normal. stomach is sour and I am weak.

Its funny, I am a hospital security officer and I teach the hippa class for the hospital and thats how I tagged them. They tried to quote some hippa regulations to me and I pointed out several errors. Once they realised I knew more than they did I was in. They will punish me I am sure hehe.

I tried to eat and it came back up 30 minutes later. This rehab place better be prepared for me.
