didn't make it I have already had 3 shots since 5:30.I knew having it here would make it much harder to not drink. i just kinda gave into it, i wanted it so i drank it....thinking about what that means......trigger, my children crying for no good reason....

yes i need it out of the house. i was pretty resolute on mon, then tues gf calls saying old friend is coming and bringing drinks...there it was, so i drank it then tonight some left over. what i can say however is that i am certainly drinking less than norm...i took my kids outside, picked some wildflowers, made a bouquet, so it is better. i think if it is not here i can do this. i do feel more in control...thanks for listening:thanks:Comment
