Hi all,

The power went out for about three hours today. My first instinct is well I can sit in the backyard, have a drink, then another and just sit. My second instict thanks to you all was hey, I put on my Ipod, workout, take a walk and as a reward have a drink. I did this and I feel great. I really think i'm making progress. Not af yet but hopes of wonderful moderation. By the way the drink is not much of a reward.:thanks:
