    You know the strange thing is.... as happy as I feel about being AF, I feel like I'm going to miss my wine. Like it's an old friend I have to say goodbye to. Weird huh?

          There is grief involved in quitting alcohol. Recognize it as that and you'll be able to deal with it much better. It is normal and will run its course but you'll be free of that grief soon. kriger
