Well, I have done well tonight, started to drink a bit too much, then poured myself a lemon water instead and here i am sober enough to enjoy the time after my kids are in bed. i may even go outside. hang in there everyone....just redirect those thoughts:l

Good for you, Healer. I think it shows a great effort that you were able to stop once you started instead if giving in to a bender.
