Back again and not AF, been drinking since Wednesday, not a surprise eh. Shared a bottle on Weds, 1 bottle on Thurs night, half a bottle fri, night, and now half way through another. Not touched a drop during the day, just the night time monster taking over. Don't know what to do, feeling guilty, and sad, sad, sad, and very bad, feel like I let you down, me down, kids down, sis down, mum down, dad down, world down. Going to finish bottle, and see where tomorrow takes me. Please forgive me. Sorry...
