Just a quick start to the thread this morning.
Feel a bit better today than I did yesterday but I am just out the door to a work meeting that I am very nervous about so hope it goes ok. I think I really need help with stress management and relaxation techniques rather than reaching for the bottle - any ideas?
The weather here in Ireland is unbelieveable at the moment - lashing raining - flooding - and all this in our two week August holiday period!!
