Hi Christie and welcome - for the last 7 months I've been trying to moderate but feel I need to do another stint AF which I've planned for Sept - it's good to do this to keep my tolerance levels down, feel they're creeping back up again at the mo! We're all in this together and it's great to be able to support one another!
