I find myself in a very positive place this evening so I thought I would put some energy out there for anyone who is not. I didn't have even one drink until 6:45 tonight
I feel very emotionally grounded. I had an awesome day at work helping others relax and feel loved. While I was working I thought I should mention to you all that I find massages to be very grounding, rewarding, relaxing, healing...etc...etc.... I encourage you to try it out. Think of the money you are spending as part of your recovery. As a massage therapist I can tell you that when I work on someone they leave feeling like a different person. A big hug to you all, and remember to find something other than drinking that makes you feel good tonight.:l
