I wonder what goes on in our brains relating to AL. I only crave Chardonnay. There is beer, red wine, vodka, gin and even cointreau in my house and none of those even comes close to my sweet char. So my question is " Can our minds be that selective where addiction is concerned ?? " Any thoughts ?

I think our minds can be selective. I went a month without a drink, and there was beer and hard liquor in the house, but it didn't bother me a bit. But, nobody could bring a bottle of wine within a mile radius of my house!!!! Red or white - I'm not fussy!!
