I believe those are for purchase only as a hard copy.

I never bought them, though, so it may be downloadable.

If they are downloadable, that option is very well hidden on this site! I am pretty sure you just have to buy the CD's and wait for them to get to you through the U.S. mail. Kind of a bummer. But they are apparently helpful to a lot of people... if only to help them sleep!

Hi sarraliz,

I purchased the cd's and they have been very helpful to me. Worth every penny in my book. I used them as prescribed for the first 30 days, and then used the hypnotic one for a "refresher." Was feeling more than a little nudge from the AL demon, and the re-listening gave me a much needed brain wash and wax. I'm with Wally - used as much of the program as possible and found it all helpful.
