While I was in my hang over blues watching tv yesterday I saw an infomercial for a fitness program called P90X...which involves 90 days of working out and commitment. It seemed interesting and Im wondering if doing something like that might curve the urges.

Well I went to a BBQ this weekend, and as I suspected I got home at about 5am (didn't drive). I think the time is an indication of how much I drank...wine, beer, mojitos, you name it, I was like a fish in the ocean. So after being miserable and in bed all day yesterday, I am trying an AF period again starting today. Unfortunately, next week I go on an out of town business trip with my work buddy (who is like me) and will be hit with strong temptations again. I feel like such a weakling!

I'm with Wally as well. Exercise is excellent, but we have to get our heads in the right place. That's where supps, meds, hypno cd's et al come into play. RJ used the mult-prong approach and it worked so well for her she wrote the book and started this site. Most of us have benefitted by one or more aspect of her regimen. Worth a try.
