Morning ODATers!
Busy day today outside. Lots of decaf tea and lemon water for me. That reward at the end of the day was nice, but I don't dare. I know it will just open a can of worms and I have worked too hard and have too much at risk to even consider that one lonely beer in the fridge. A smoothie will do just fine.
Have a great day and think of things besides AL - Al's not worth the time.
