    Who are you people?

    Kidding... but seriously, I am still fairly new here and as I settle in and try to get to know everyone (well not everyone obviously) I am a bit confused. I was trying to remember from avatars but the jokes on me cause yall keep changing them. ha ha

    So I was wondering if its appropriate to ask if anyone wants to share just a bit about themselves?

      Me 43 (Yikes) year old Mom to lots of furry things- regretably no kids. Have a partner a bit older.

      Earn a living marketing online and am currently in the process of opening a local business I can combine with my online stuff

              Single Mom (looks like a trend here)
              2 wonderful boys...13 and 18
              2 crazy dogs...border collie mix and english setter (both rescue)
              1 cat...11 years old and still lively
              Retired AF (that's Air Force)
              Work part time...very nice
              Oh...and age...do I have to??? OK...47 but look and feel 30!

                Jeeze--everyone else has such a great sounding life.

                1 daughter, 2 grandchildren

                working full time--nurse

                Hobbies have fallen to the wayside because of drinking, but I hope to get them back. Alcohol robs you of interests, friends, goals.

                I love the beach, even though I don't live near the ocean.

                      Thank you KBCE, so good to be here. Nice to get to know a little more about you all. Thank you for sharing. I'm still struggling a bit but am convinced this is .........do I dare say it? MY WAY OUT!!!! Yes!

                        Retired last year but going back to work for 2 days a week
                        Got two cats from a rescue home last year
                        Been alcohol free since the day I joined this forum 1 year and 11 months ago.

                            It really is a fantastic place to be, I know it is a bit unsettled at the moment but it will soon sort itself out, it always does, so please stick around.
