    Which Supplements

    Can a few of you tell me which supplements you take?
    I have been taking the starter kit and then yesterday I read about the L-glut under the tongue, I am wondering if it is necessary to take the milk thistle, prime rose, mag, and all the other stuff or maybe just the all one, kuzu and the L-glut. I would love to hear what some others do. I uped my Topa to 50 yesterday so far have not noticed any difference; not sure how long it takes. On day 4 AF.

    I take the kudzu and the L-glut, and I do feel they helped me with cravings. I have tried pouring the Glut on my tongue and while it might be in my brain it does seem to work fast! I also take the Amino Complete but honestly cant tell a difference when I do or dont take it so I plan to continue that until the bottle runs out then stop.

      Hi HW,

      My best guess is to keep with the starter kit as well as the others. The Kudzu and L-Glut are more for the cravings, the others are more for healing, especially the milk thistle. Not a specialist, just my opinion.

        B-50 helped me most?

        Hi Help -

        I did Kudzu and L-Glut for 2 weeks - helped craving, but I still drank each night.

        THen after 2 weeks, I got Magnesium and B-50...and didn't want a drink AT ALL that night (and have been AF since).

        I know the book says niacin (a b-viatmin) deficiency can cause cravings....did the B-50 pill help? Was it wishful thinking? Did I think it would be the magic pill. I don't know, but it was a pretty neat coincidence.

        I got my B-50 at my local supermarket (Nature Made, I think is the brand)

          I still take the Kudzu, L-Glut, 5-HTP and GABA but stopped taking the Milk Thistle and Magnesium when my Doctor gave me the all clear on my tests.
          I also take Omega3-6-9 for overall brain function.

            Thank you all for the input, I guess I will finish all of the starter kit and go from there. I will keep posting.
