Ok today is also my day one again.
I went AF from Jan 7 to June 21 so it can be done.
I too will log on every night and check in.

WOW, what a great idea. I like the idea of a small goal. Seems more like something I could achieve. Only 7 days, huh. I can give that a try.

i am thinking that logging on here (esspecially when we are tempted) will help with the consistency of being AF.

all of a sudden i dont feel so alone.

day one is almost over for me!!!

you guys lets hang in there.

maybe we can get to a place where we can celebrate with friends and family over a nice dinner and a social drink that won't put us over the edge. but we'll worry about that later!

Tomorrow will be your first day and we will just have to do motivate, encourage and simply be there for those dark moments (ones I have without a doubt experienced today) but you know, i made it and it feels like an accomplishment even though its just my first day.

eventually i would love to do a whole 30 but lets crawl before we can walk!!!
