Hey guys - day 3 for me today and am hoping for strength tonight. The last couple of months, I find I can go 2 days, but always by day 3, I drink the wine. Went for a great 2km swim last night, but my problem is that my wine o'clock is later than that - between 10 and 11pm. I've always waited until after my exercise routine and chores are all done. So the idea of "keeping busy" during my vulnerable times doesn't really work for me. That's the time most people start thinking about winding down and getting to bed, and that's when I want it the most - that's my habit.
I'll be ok until about 10pm, then I will maybe try going on chat to occupy myself. It has worked before for me, so maybe it will again!!!
