AF or Moderation?

I am new here - have been reading so many positive posts...
All of you seem to have so much bonding and determination, and I admire that so much.
I'm trying to find out where I fit. Does one have to be AF or can one just moderate - IF ONE CAN MODERATE - Well, I'm trying to find out...:new:

It all depends on you and your drinking habbits.

Some can moderate some can not.
