Thanks so much for the support, Caps. The meeting went ok, nothing great but nothing horrible. I have a follow-up tomorrow and another change so I won't f*** up this time and will be AF today no matter what.

Is everybody doing ok?? I made it through to day4 for the first time in a long time. Antibiotics - bladder infection - I suppose that is reason enough not to drink!!!

Hi all, just a quick pop in to say hello. Had to rush around today as I slept late to make up for the 2 crummy nights sleep I'd had. I feel a little better today. (thanks for your big love cap, I needed it). Still wounded but on my feet and I didn't drink. I actually had to make a phone call to get talked down. Oh well, gotta do what you gotta do. See you tomorrow.

Oh yeah. I just got back from my first tai-chi class! I may try to go to yoga tomorrow, but it's at 6:15 AM. EEEEK!
