    7 days AF

    Hi everyone!
It' been 1 week since i last drunk (we all know how that ended up) Life is back to normal! Back on my supplements. The side effects have calmed down now. The constant farting has stopped *lol* I'm now have a VERY happy hubby.
It's been a hard week. Craving really bad. I've been strong but i'm still worried i have learnt my lesson yet.
I'm trying to do 30 days AF. My day 30 will land right on my baby girls 1st Birthday. How great will it be for me to be able to say, I've done it, 30 days.. All for my family. I hope to god i manage it. I'm taking one day at a time tho.

Thanx to everyone for all your support and not judging me for screwing up ssooooooo much.
I love you all XXXXXX :thanks:

    Lil.Michelle,

:goodjob: I always found that by day 10 I was feeling awesome. It is hard to believe we relapse once we get there. But we do.

You can do the 30 days AF and that is a great goal.

In my case, I have to do this ODAT and know that if I pick up a drink, I am going to get drunk and relapse hard. I only have so many sobers in me and I don't want to test to see if I have run out.

    Love,
    Cindi

lil.michelle - you are doing so great - I'm so happy for you. Keep your baby girls 1st birthday as a perfect goal - as much a gift to her as to yourself!!!

CONGRATULATIONS LM!!! Well done! Stay strong! Don't worry about "cravings," they will ALWAYS pass on by, if you don't give in to them. Don't let them become something that has control over you!

Great job Lil Michelle and wonderful motivation. I am with you!! We can toast our 30 days and her birthday with a glass of milk!! (unless you are lactose intolerant and then it is the f**ts all over again! LOL). I can relate to wondering if I hit my bottom yet!! I went very low end of September so I certainly hope so!!!!!!!

So happy for you! Again, just keep taking it one day at a time. I'm sure 8 days ago you wondered if you'd make it here, and look where you are - congratulations!
I can't imagine a more perfect reason, or goal to have than your baby's birthday - everytime you look at her, let her be the reminder - especially when she gives you one of those wonderful smiles that melts your heart!
                    Keep going, you're doing great!

Welllllllll. I made it Nine days.... Then back from trip & Drank.

                        What the heck?

Not sure why. Frustration or some other inexplicable excuse.

Trying to think about AF again. Want to. Stressed.

                        Good luck all.
