Wanted to share my thoughts on this day.....I believe each day is a new day....but the start of a new year is especially a benchmark of a new start!! I start this new year with the committment....I will never drink vodka or any hard liquor again. This is the easy part. I've been moderating my wine use successfully and am unsure if my goal needs to be to be completely AF or to moderate wine use. I am allowing myself to refocus on what is healthy for mind and body.

Celebrating for myself and everyone here who is committed to true self love...which will touch and change others. Gaia
