Good Day All
Thanks once again for kicking us off my beloved Capt.
I am a bit too groggy this morning to remember all who came before me. I am sorry. I did not sleep well. I came home from work around midnight. My daughter's car was here, but she was not, and is still not home. She is 20, so I guess I have to learn how to let go, but it is soooo hard. She is my baby and I worry about her. I will be heading back to work in a couple of hours. On the upside, My Boston Red Sox took the first game of the playoffs. Game two tonight. Lot's of meds for the patients so that I can watch the game.lol
Nice job on the race Capt. I am proud of you. Way to Go No'maam!!!

Good Morning all and happy Saturday to ya,

You all sound so upbeat I am happy to report I can add to it. Day2 comlpetly tucked under my belt, bring on day 3!!! I'm not sure what is working for everyone else but I have to say, it is definately the cd's for me. I recently started part 2 of the hypnotic. It is so much easier than the part 1, to reach....well where your supposed to be.

Last night I had a bottle in the house (don't ask).....there it sat, poured a glass...there it sat...had a couple sips...there it sat. I just didn't want it, even thought I kept telling myself I kind of did want it. I know it sounds weird, and I shouldn't of had the bottle in the house to begin with but, well just thought I would share. It was a great feeling!!

This really feel like a turning point for me.

You guys are amazing, doing so well! I had a Wedding to go too, I said I was the driver, and I didnt drink.. I was really pleased with myself! It is not often I do that.

BUT today (sunday) I couldnt wait to have a drink. so I am back to day one... but this has been a learning curve, and I am taking baby steps. I coped really well at the wedding, AF, that is a baby big step for me.

Today, well, I should have been stronger, but I messed up.
